The owner of the company is terrible at communicating and ignored what we asked for throughout. He misquoted us a kitchen install cost by over 4000 pounds and then came into our home uninvited and screamed at us, including to tell me to shut up because we were not able to afford the additional costs that were nowhere on the quote. It was bad enough that I almost called the police and looked into getting a restraining order. The quality of the work done was not good and only two of the subcontractors even cleaned up after themselves. Our floors are not level even after the leveled them twice (and installed the entire subfloor), so the LVT warranty is already waived. When they poured the concrete for the floor, they put no barrier up and we came home to our cats completely covered in cement dust, which is known to be dangerous for animals. The electrician and tiler were great. I caution everyone else against using Jesse Williams and Son.
